The Story Behind Pretty Little Things Magnets

April of 2011 changed my life forever.

I suddenly and tragically lost my dad less than three months after his 50th birthday.  I was only 27 years old and trying to navigate one of the greatest losses of my life.

Like so many families facing an unexpected loss, we found ourselves gathering photographs for services and memorials, searching through years of memories captured in snapshots.

During that process, I realized something that has remained with me ever since: when someone you love is gone, your photos become priceless.  They aren't just pictures.  They are moments, memories, and pieces of a life that can never be replaced.

Over the years, I found myself wanting those memories to be part of my everyday life.  I've always been creative and crafty.  I was an avid scrapbooker for years, making scrapbooks filled with the photos I loved most.  But the truth is, scrapbooks often sit on a shelf.  They're beautiful, but they're not something you see every day.

That's when I discovered something that was perfect for me.  I began turning my favorite photos into magnets.

Instead of keeping memories tucked away in a book, I could display them where I'd see them every morning while making coffee, grabbing a snack, or walking through my kitchen.  The people and moments I loved most became part of my daily life.

That simple idea became Pretty Little Things Magnets.

What started as a way to keep my own cherished memories close has grown into an opportunity to help others do the same.  With the unwavering support of my husband, who has encouraged every idea and cheered me on every step of the way, Pretty Little Things Magnets has become so much more than I ever imagined.  There is something incredibly special about creating a keepsake that brings a smile, sparks a memory, or honors a moment that means the world to someone.  Whether I'm creating magnets for a wedding, to welcome a new baby, celebrating a graduate, remembering a beloved pet, or preserving a family milestone, I am honored to play a small part in helping others keep their favorite memories close.

I help transform meaningful moments into keepsakes that can be enjoyed every day.  My goal is simple: to help you celebrate, preserve, and display the memories that matter most.

Because some moments are too special to stay hidden in your camera roll, in a shoebox overflowing with photos, or even in a scrapbook.

They deserve a place in your everyday life.
